Evaluation of CNT using N2/H2O adsorption isotherms.

By accurately measuring the N2 adsorption isotherm and the H2O adsorption isotherm, it is possible to characterize TOCN.

This document introduces the characterization of cellulose nanofibers using N2 and H2O adsorption isotherms. Cellulose nanofibers are nanofibers that are one-fifth the weight of steel and possess 7 to 8 times the strength. In particular, TEMPO cellulose nanofibers attract significant attention due to their reduced entanglement compared to mechanically fibrillated fibers; however, the establishment of various characterizations is not yet sufficient. Therefore, we added 10 mmol of NaClO and TBA by weight percent to a TOCN aqueous solution and used the freeze-dried samples to perform characterization of TOCN using N2 and H2O adsorption isotherms. [Web Seminar] Evaluation of Pore Structure of Porous Carbon and Silica

An explanation of pore structure evaluation obtained from gas adsorption isotherms, incorporating an overview of various analytical theories and measurement examples!

Porous carbon used for various battery electrode materials, conductive additives, and catalyst materials, along with silica, will be discussed in terms of pore structure evaluation obtained from gas adsorption isotherms, incorporating an overview of analytical theories and measurement examples. Specifically, we will introduce evaluation methods for the specific surface area inside and outside the pores and the capacity of each pore (planar adsorption theory), as well as classical methods for evaluating micropore and mesopore distribution (capillary condensation theory, adsorption potential theory), including graphical representations. Additionally, we will introduce the high-precision gas/vapor adsorption measurement device "BELSORP MAXII-HP/HV." [Seminar Content] ■ Pore structure evaluation obtained from gas adsorption isotherms ■ Introduction of "BELSORP MAXII-HP/HV" ■ Introduction of applications/markets *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
